Referencing styles

The referencing style you use may vary depending on your discipline or faculty.   Your lecturer or tutor will provide guidance on the style you should use.

What referencing styles are used at the University?

You will be required to use and correctly apply a particular referencing style to reference your sources. Many different styles are used at the university and the style may vary between faculties, disciplines and courses.

If you are not sure which style to use check with your lecturer or tutor.
